ABOUT TULARE OUTLETS

Situated in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, Tulare Outlets is a must-stop shopping experience for travelers making their way through the golden state of California. In its convenient location off Highway 99, Tulare Outlets is the perfect locale to meet all shopping, dining, and entertainment needs while appreciating all Central California has to offer.

We are currently seeking Full-Time Custodial Supervisor. The custodial Supervisor will be responsible to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the common areas and parking lot.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Maintain all common areas of the center, including the public restrooms and parking lots, to cleanliness standards set by the company.
In partnership with Operations Manager, oversees the custodial department.
Supervises, trains, and evaluates all custodial staff.
Supervises custodial staff to ensure that all common areas of the center, including restrooms and parking lots, are maintained appropriately.
Supervises the ongoing performance of all custodial staff to ensure that the property is properly maintained.
Maintains custodial supply inventory and purchases stock from vendors with the most competitive pricing.
Trains all custodial staff on cleaning techniques and the proper use of all chemicals and equipment in accordance to CRG Corporate training.
Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

2 years of custodial supervisor experience or equivalent.
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)

Other skills and/or abilities:

Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Has attention to detail and the ability to complete work in a timely manner.
Team-oriented
