Job Description

Lead daily field operations on custom residential construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspections. Manage construction schedules and sequencing activities. Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards. Promote and enforce jobsite safety. Communicate project updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders. Manage punch lists and project closeout activities. Maintain efficient jobsite logistics and material coordination.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have: experience overseeing daily construction site activities. Experience coordinating contractors and construction schedules. Ability to monitor work quality and identify site issues. Knowledge of safe construction site practices. Experience tracking project progress and maintaining site records. Clear communication skills for sharing updates with project stakeholders.
