So let's talk about the role...
A Customer and Product Consultant is responsible for administering, maintaining and communicating all portfolio products, pricing and customer data across the business. This includes entering, communicating and distributing all internal and external pricing to the Sales team, Brand team, retail partners and suppliers; submitting pricing to national accounts monthly; creating and maintaining all product data and/or portfolio images in eoStar to ensure current data/images are readily available to Andrews' team members; creating and maintain all customer data; and has a deep understanding of how changes affect the system and impact business operations.

Customer, Product Pricing and Promotions
Creates and maintains customer and product portfolios.
Maintains and audits product pricing and promotions.
Sets up and maintains frontline prices and monthly promotions by premise type, geo area and sales channel as well as supplier laid-in costs.
Assists in general price increase.
Tracks and executes customer and product quarter-end changes.
Reviews customer portfolio to understand which fields require a quarter-end change, including schedule and routing changes.
Reviews product data to fully understand which product fields require a quarter-end change.
Tracks request changes throughout quarter.
Implements quart-end change requests.
Submits National Accounts pricing contracts and new item execution into eoStar.
Submits frontline and promotion pricing to all National Accounts monthly whether by excel spreadsheet or vendor portal.
Researches to determine which promotion level (QD) the National Account will buy to ensure the correct price is submitted.
Works closely with the National Account Managers and National Account representatives to service model, outlining step by step procedures for price submissions to ensure price realization at market.
Assists Accounts Payable team with supplier laid-in costs discrepancies by researching supplier costs.
Communicates with Brand team and supplier to determine correct costs.
Updates eoStar as applicable.
Participates in other department projects and initiatives as required.
Pricing Communication
Communicates pricing to the Sales and Brand teams, retailers and suppliers via price letters, bridge buy guides, cheat sheets and new item letters.
Maintains and updates price letters by geo area, premises, and sales channel to ensure Sales and Brand teams have accurate pricing to communicate to retail partners.
Provides price letters to retail partners and suppliers as requested.
Creates and maintains new item letters for all products capturing product attributes, price, promotion, UPC data and visuals for Sales and Brand teams, and retail partners.
Creates and communicates price changes, product logs and Can Sell reports.
Maintains and publishes products and pricing logs on BrewView.
Communicates Product Can and Cannot Sell report to Sales, Brand and Distribution Center teams on a weekly basis.
Creates and publishes price change posts on BrewView.
Creates and maintains retail price lists for Sales team shelf tag creation.
Communicates general price increase prices.
Data Maintenance and Integrity
Creates, maintains and audits customer and product files including all customer and product attributes.
Ensures all customer and product attributes are up to date and product is approved on TABC website.
Creates, maintains and audits all relevant product records including supplier, brand, family and package records.
Creates, maintains and audits all relevant customer records including sales channels, TABC license permits, customer flags, Nielsen and TDLinx data.
Reporting
- Creates and runs ad hoc account, activity and project performance reports on a weekly, monthly and as needed basis.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:
Two Plus Years Accounting and/or Finance Experience
Advanced MS Office (Excel) Experience; VLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, External Data Connections, PowerPivot, PowerQuery, Macros
Must be Detail Oriented, Have Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills and Have the Ability to Work in a Fast-paced Work Environment
High School Graduate with some Business, Marketing or Other Related Field College Education
Good Understanding of the Sales Industry
Proven Technical Aptitude; Ability to Learn New Technologies and Acquire Technical Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Related Field
Previous Distribution Experience
Previous Data Management and/or Data Entry Experience
Strong Analytical Skills
Advanced Communication Skills
Advanced Technical Skills; Experience Working with Varied Systems, Applications, etc.
