We’re expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, professional individuals who enjoy working with people and want an opportunity to build a long-term career from home.
In this role, you’ll connect with individuals and families virtually, help them understand available benefit and protection options, answer questions, and provide ongoing support.
No previous industry experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you learn the role and develop professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients virtually to understand their needs
- Explain available benefits, coverage options, and costs
- Answer questions and provide clear, professional guidance
- Maintain communication and follow up with clients
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Participate in virtual training and team meetings
- Stay organized and manage appointments effectively
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership

Previous experience in customer service, sales, insurance, hospitality, retail, or a related field is an asset but not required.
