What You'll Do
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide support with orders, products, and inquiries
- Process orders accurately and maintain customer account information
- Build strong relationships through clear, helpful communication
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions
- Document customer interactions and ensure follow-through
- Use internal systems (CRM/order platforms) to track and manage requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
What You Bring
- Previous customer service or administrative/data entry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone + written)
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
Schedule
Monday – Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
