Location: Austin, TX (Cedar Park / Domain / Round Rock)

Base Pay: $15.00 - $18.00/hr

Extra Commission Potential: $250-$1,000+/month (Uncapped)

Total Earning Potential: $40K-$50K/yr

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

The Role:

We are the Official Repair Service Partner for Samsung, Google, Verizon, AT&T, Dell and Asurion. We're looking for a Problem Solver to be the "Face of the House" - the first person customers see when they walk in with a broken device and a bad day. Your job is to turn any frustration they may have into relief. Prior repair experience helpful but not required - We provide full training and certification.

What You'll Do:

- Consult (80%): Listen to the customer, diagnose the issue, recommend the right repair, accessory or protection plan

- Repair (20%): Learn to fix screens, batteries, components on the latest devices. Start a technology career.

- Own It: Keep the front desk organized, customers up to date, and data accurate

- Availability: Day shifts and weekends as required. 5 day workweek.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
