Our client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Customer Experience Lead to join their growing team!Your qualifications for the Customer Experience Lead position are as follows:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of recent, relevant experience
Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite, CRM, and ERP
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Benefits you will receive as the Customer Experience Lead:

$21-$26/hour, depending on experience
Temp-to-hire opportunity
Full-time, hybrid schedule with some flexibility

For the Customer Experience Lead position your duties will include:

Build strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
Offer solutions that meet customers needs
Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide updates to customers
Maintain data and prepare reports
Work cross-functionally to provide a seamless customer experience
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Other tasks as assigned
