Job Description

AO Globe Life is hiring experienced professionals to support veterans and their families through virtual benefit consultations. This fully remote opportunity offers schedule flexibility, structured training, and the chance to make a meaningful impact while working from home.

In this role, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and help them better understand the options available to them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with veterans and families who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs

  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally

  • Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions

  • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development calls

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Background in client service, benefits advising, or sales is helpful but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in virtual settings

  • Comfortable using Zoom, CRM systems, and digital documentation tools

  • Interest in supporting veterans and their families

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
