We're seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Support Representatives. In this role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide exceptional service while building trusted, long-term relationships.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom.

• Provide outstanding customer service and client support.

• Explain life and supplemental health benefit options.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Build lasting relationships through exceptional service.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.

• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and professional development.
