Customer Experience Specialist
Worldwide Foam
Position Overview
Worldwide Foam is seeking a proactive and personable Customer Experience Specialist to deliver concierge-level service and ensure every client interaction is exceptional. This role blends customer service excellence with logistics coordination to support our supply chain operations while upholding our core values of responsiveness, accountability, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customers, providing personalized and professional support throughout the entire order lifecycle. You will accurately process customer orders, provide proactive delivery updates, and resolve shipping, delivery, or product concerns with a customer-first mindset. Building strong client relationships and acting on feedback to continuously enhance the customer experience will be central to your success in this role.
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery. You will collaborate with freight partners to schedule and track shipments in real time, recommend cost-effective shipping solutions, and maintain accurate and compliant shipping documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. You will contribute to team initiatives, support operational improvements, and help maintain clear communication across departments.
What You Bring
You have experience in logistics, supply chain, and/or customer service and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, and can effectively multitask while staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM and logistics software is a plus. An associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and bilingual abilities are considered an asset.
Performance Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by customer response time, order processing accuracy, concern resolution rate, on-time delivery percentage, cost savings achieved through shipping optimization, and compliance with shipping documentation requirements.
