What You’ll Do

As a Remote Client Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing guidance, support, and clear communication throughout their experience. Your role will focus on building relationships, answering questions, and ensuring clients feel informed, valued, and supported.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with product information, coverage options, and general inquiries

• Building strong, long-term relationships through professionalism and follow-through

• Addressing concerns with empathy, problem-solving skills, and adaptability

• Collaborating with a remote team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
