Shape the future of temperature compliance with Eupry

Eupry is revolutionizing how pharmaceutical and life science companies handle temperature compliance through our hardware-enabled SaaS solution. With our rapid growth and the continuous onboarding of major pharmaceutical companies, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Relations department, specifically within our Project Management Office (PMO).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to lead complex customer implementations, shape our PMO processes, and drive impactful projects within a fast-scaling international company.

Requirements

What You’ll DoAs a Project Manager in our PMO, you will be the driving force behind the successful implementation of Eupry’s solutions for our enterprise clients. You will:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding projects: Manage the successful and timely implementation of our hardware-enabled SaaS solution for global pharmaceutical customers.
  • Drive PMO best practices: Work within the Customer Relations department to execute Eupry’s project implementation methodology, ensuring all deliverables meet strict GxP regulatory standards.
  • Manage stakeholders and expectations: Act as the primary project lead and trusted advisor for our pharma clients, navigating their organizational structures to ensure a smooth transition from sales to successful go-live.
  • Identify growth opportunities: Actively spot new use cases and opportunities during customer interactions to enlarge Eupry’s footprint and deepen our impact within key enterprise accounts.
  • Mitigate risks and manage timelines: Oversee project scopes, resource allocation, and timelines, proactively identifying and solving bottlenecks to keep implementations on track.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: Bridge the gap between the customer and our internal tech and commercial teams, translating customer requirements into clear, actionable project plans.

What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a structured, strategic, and client-focused leader. To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • Proven Pharma Experience: Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or heavily regulated healthcare sectors.
  • Commercial Awareness: A keen eye for identifying business opportunities. You don't just execute projects; you look for ways to expand our footprint and add more value to the customer's organization.
  • Technical Savviness: A strong aptitude for grasping new technologies, SaaS platforms, and hardware integrations, enabling you to confidently discuss technical details with both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • An Open Mind & Scale-Up Mindset: Highly adaptable, forward-thinking, and eager to embrace new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic environment and can navigate ambiguity with a positive attitude to help continuously improve how we work.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of GxP regulations and experience managing software or technical implementations in compliant environments.
  • Methodological Expertise: Strong command of project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and a highly structured approach to managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships, communicate technical concepts clearly, and guide enterprise customers through change management.

Benefits

We offer:

  • High-impact work: Take ownership of critical project deliveries for some of the biggest names in the pharma industry.
  • Strategic influence: A unique chance to help shape and mature the Project Management Office within our Customer Relations department.
  • Career growth: A dynamic scale-up environment where your expertise directly drives company success, offering pathways to senior leadership.
  • Great culture: A highly collaborative team representing 20+ nationalities and a modern, vibrant workplace in Raleigh, North Carolina.
  • 401k: Dental and Health Insurance
  • Other Perks: Free sodas, fruits, snacks and great coffee.
