About the Role

We are seeking friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and providing attentive customer support. As a Customer Relations Advisor, you will build positive relationships with clients while helping them explore vacation possibilities, organize arrangements, and stay informed throughout the planning process.

This remote opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and individuals looking to develop new skills. No previous travel-industry experience is required. Training, educational resources, and continued team guidance are provided.

Your Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferred destinations, dates, interests, and budget, then research options that meet their needs.
  • Provide information on resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages while helping clients evaluate their choices.
  • Coordinate requested services through approved resources and keep confirmations, itineraries, schedules, and reservation information organized.
  • Maintain ongoing client communication, provide updates, answer questions, and assist with routine changes or special requests.
  • Review reservation details for accuracy and maintain clear records of client interactions and arrangements.
