As a Customer Relations Associate , you’ll be the friendly voice behind Lumen’s customer experience—answering questions, solving service puzzles, and making sure every interaction feels smooth and supportive. In this Customer Relations Associate role, you’ll help customers stay connected and confident.

Essential Functions of the Customer Relations Associate Role:

• Respond quickly to customer questions about Lumen’s internet, phone, and TV services using digital channels with clarity and care.
• Help customers enroll, update accounts, and resolve billing or service issues, making every step smooth and stress-free.
• Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal CRM systems, keeping data accurate for follow-ups and reporting.
• Team up with colleagues and managers to improve support processes, helping enhance the overall Lumen customer experience.
• Communicate professionally and positively, reflecting Azul Connections Inc.’s commitment to friendly, high-quality service.
• Spot chances to recommend Lumen’s additional services, offering helpful suggestions that match customer needs.

Education & Experience Needed for the Customer Relations Associate Role:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional studies in communications, business, marketing, or customer experience are a plus 
• Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field, preferably in telecommunications or service-oriented industries.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail, particularly when handling service inquiries, account updates, and troubleshooting tasks.
