Customer Relations Associate

We’re looking for energetic, personable individuals to join our team as a Customer Relations Associate in Merrillville, IN. As a Customer Relations Associate, you’ll work directly with customers at retail locations, promotional events, and community-based campaigns while representing nationally recognized brands.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers through friendly, face-to-face interactions

• Build positive customer relationships while representing client brands

• Introduce customers to available products, services, and promotions

• Answer questions and provide accurate product and service information

• Assist customers with enrollments and available service options

• Support daily customer acquisition and sales goals

• Participate in retail and promotional campaigns throughout the local area

• Work alongside your team to provide a positive customer experience
