Roles and Responsibilities

Serve as a part-time Customer Relations Associate, acting as the key contact for client interactions
Provide clients with professional, courteous, and timely support
Educate clients on financial topics including business, investment, and insurance
Assist in developing customized financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals
Cultivate existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
No Cold Calling, No Door Knocking

Requirements for the Role

Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
Successful completion of a background check
Proficiency in verbal and written communication and relationship management
Possession of, or willingness to obtain within two weeks, a Life Producer license
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic data reporting
Ability to interpret client needs and respond with strategic solutions

Preferred Experience

Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, or team management
Experience in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete is a plus!
Desire to grow, self-motivate, and support financial literacy
Negotiation skills or technical troubleshooting are advantageous
