About the Position: Customer Relations Associate - Part Time Remote
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Associate. This part-time remote position entails managing customer interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. This role emphasizes customer service and the effective handling of customer queries and requests, driving a robust client support structure. Customer Relations Associate Daily Responsibilities
- Serve as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Engage in upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- NO Cold Calling, NO Door Knocking
Requirements of the Customer Relations Associate Role
- 18 years or older
- Pass a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer relationship management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting
- Ability to interpret customer satisfaction metrics and prepare concise summaries
- Experience or aptitude for identifying customer service improvement opportunities
Additional Qualifications
- Preferred backgrounds include customer service, sales, and support roles
- Education, coaching, military, or elite athlete backgrounds are a great fit!
- Entrepreneurially-minded, self-motivated, and desire to grow and help people
- Advanced negotiation techniques or technical troubleshooting skills may be beneficial
