About the Position: Customer Relations Associate

Customer Relations Associate Daily Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their total satisfaction and a positive experience
- Engage with clients, providing timely and professional support for their inquiries and needs
- Help clients with financial knowledge and guidance on topics such as budgeting, savings, and investments
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships by continuously improving service delivery
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell to enhance client satisfaction and account value
Requirements for the Customer Relations Associate Role
- 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
- Pass a background check
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting
- Ability to analyze client needs and prepare tailored solutions
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, leadership, or management is beneficial
- Background in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mind-setself-motivated with a passion for helping others
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are advantageous

- KR1.1: Achieve at least 90% positive feedback from clients regularly.

- KR2.1: Conduct financial training sessions with 80% client participation.
- KR2.2: Develop educational content to expand client engagement by 20% each quarter.
