Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Relations Representative to join our Service Department team. This role is key to keeping our customers informed, engaged, and satisfied throughout their service experience.
What You'll Do:
- Follow up with service customers via phone and email to ensure a positive experience
- Assist the Service Manager with customer communication and outreach
- Help resolve minor customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A positive, customer-first attitude
- Comfortable with phone-based outreach and follow-up
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer touchpoints
- Prior customer service or automotive experience a plus, but not required
