ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative- State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Hobbs- State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Looking for someone with a Property & Casualty Insurance License and minimum experience of 2 years as a State Farm Agent Team Member (the more experience the better). We are a small office environment with a team that works closely. We're looking for someone who wants to excel with us by providing a balance of customer service and sales. We service a wide variety of households and specialize in small business insurance.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
