Customer Relations Specialist

You will schedule virtual consultations, help clients understand their options, and guide them through the enrollment process while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.

Warm leads are provided—no cold calling, door knocking, or outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs

• Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations with clients via Zoom

• Assess client needs and provide guidance on available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options

• Assist clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care

• Maintain accurate and compliant digital records and documentation

• Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development calls

• Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies and support overall team performance
