Paradise Village Hotel & Restaurant is home to the beautiful Paradise Village Venue, a newly designed wedding and event space nestled in the Ashford mountains with breathtaking views and capacity for ceremonies and receptions of up to 300 guests. We offer couples a unique, memorable setting just minutes from Mount Rainier National Park and a full range of services, including on-site catering and overnight accommodations. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Ashford, WA.
This role blends guest relations, event sales, and operational coordination, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys relationship building.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with guests before, during, and after their stay
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and proactively resolve concerns
- Conduct professional venue tours and convert prospects into confirmed bookings
- Identify upselling opportunities (upgrades, dining, amenities, events)
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback and online reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, and Management
- Follow up with guests after their stay
- Maintain service standards aligned with brand policies
Work Schedule: 8 AM - 8 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, with an unpaid 3.5-hour break (12 PM - 4 PM) in between.
Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience conducting venue tours or selling event/group services is preferred
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- Professional presence and polished presentation skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Multilingual skills (Ukrainian or Russian) are a plus

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ashford, WA, requiring regular in-person engagement throughout the property. The position includes both office-based tasks and active guest interaction across hotel and event spaces.
