Your Role: Client Consultation & Support

  • In-Home Support: Meet with local families in their homes to provide a personal, face-to-face experience.
  • Warm Lead Response: Follow up with families who have already requested information. 
  • Needs Assessment: Guide clients through their coverage options with empathy, professionalism, and care.
  • Enrollment Specialist: Assist clients with digital paperwork and ensure they understand their benefits clearly.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the local face of our agency, building trust and long-term security for your clients.
