JOB TITLE: Customer Relations SpecialistLOCATION: Wichita, KSPAY RATE: $32-34/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift: 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 4:00 PM.

Qualifying Questions:

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?
Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Interface with customers and coordinate agendas for exhibits, air shows, product demonstrations, evaluations, and special events.
Manage logistical requirements to support marketing and program goals.
Support senior management in customer interactions and event planning.
Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, social event requirements, and company/customer ethics.
Potential contract-to-hire role based on performance.

Requirements:

Experience as an aftermarket CSR, working with Boeing/Spirit quoting software.
Ability to determine production status, check system for replacement parts, coordinate with MEs on spare configurations, and manage make/buy decisions.
Experience administrating quotes and following through with customer communications.
Responsibility for supporting AOG and spares requirements and liaising with Boeing on requests.
Detail-oriented with at least 5 years of customer service experience.
Aerospace experience or a degree with customer service experience preferred.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
