Customer Retention/Billing Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet clients, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries. Prepare and process insurance forms, manage client files, and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and filed. Enter client information into the agency management system and update records as necessary. Handle billing inquiries, process payments, follow up on overdue accounts. Act as a liaison between clients and agents, ensuring clear and effective communications. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have Arizona Property and Casualty License Previous insurance experience preferred (State Farm) Previous administrative or customer service experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
