Job Description
The Nicholas Sakha Allstate Agencies are seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to join one of the top-performing teams in the country! In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional service to our existing book of business helping customers with their property and casualty insurance needs while identifying cross-selling opportunities that reduce exposure and provide more comprehensive protection.
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will play a vital role in the long-term growth and success of our agency. We are equally committed to your success investing in your personal growth, income potential, and career development within an exceptional work environment.

Prior insurance experience is not required we provide industry-leading training and resources to get you up to speed quickly. Above all, your priority will be to put each customer's best interest first, ensuring they are properly and thoroughly protected.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the right coverage and a reason to stay.
Build lasting relationships through exceptional service that makes retention a natural outcome.
Proactively reach out to current, lapsed, and previously quoted customers to re-engage and rebuild trust.
Identify cross-selling opportunities within the book of business to deepen customer value.
Resolve underwriting and inspection issues quickly, turning challenges into loyalty-building moments.
Manage your pipeline through company systems with consistent, timely follow-up.
Stay sharp on new products and industry updates to serve as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor.
