Customer Sales Associate – Base + Commission

Earnings: $15–$30+/hr with CommissionLocation: Floating Among 5 Locations in Powdersville, Greenville, & Simpsonville, South CarolinaJob Type: Part-Time

This Is a SALES Role

We are hiring a Customer Sales Associate who is confident, competitive, and motivated by commission-based earnings. This position is base pay + commission, with the majority of total compensation coming from commission. If you are not comfortable selling, overcoming objections, and being paid based on performance, this role will not be a fit.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base hourly pay + uncapped commission
Typical earnings: $15–$30+/hr+
Top performers consistently earn at the high end (and beyond) through commission

What You'll Do

Actively engage customers and initiate sales conversations
Sell monthly car wash memberships and wash packages
Confidently explain pricing, features, and benefits
Recommend upgrades and memberships based on customer needs
Overcome objections and close the sale
Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Deliver strong customer service without losing focus on sales
Accurately process transactions and memberships
Maintain a clean, professional sales area

Who We're Looking For

Previous sales experience REQUIRED (retail sales, automotive, wireless, fitness, commission-based roles, etc.)
Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced setting
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
