Customer Sales & Service Representative

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative at our New Berlin, WI service center. In this role, you'll provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

What you’ll do:    

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and outside sales team to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.

• Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns

• Source parts from suppliers nationwide

• Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers

• Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ year customer service and/or inside sales.

• Industrial distribution or similar environment preferred

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail

• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
