Job Summary

Harper Auto Wash is looking for energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused team members to join us as a Customer Sales Champion.

In this position, you will be one of the key faces of Harper Auto Wash, helping create exceptional first impressions while introducing customers to the value of our Unlimited Pass options. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by turning great customer interactions into sales opportunities.

We are not simply looking for someone to stand at a paystation. We are building a high-energy, positive, customer-experience-obsessed team that knows how to connect with people, explain value clearly, and help customers choose the wash plan that best fits their needs.

What You’ll Do

Welcome customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
Explain wash packages and promote the benefits of our Unlimited Pass program
Help customers select the best option for their needs
Create a smooth, positive, sales-driven experience at the paystations
Represent the Harper Auto Wash brand with energy, authenticity, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Strong people skills and a friendly, confident personality
A genuine passion for customer service and sales
High energy, positivity, and reliability
Comfort starting conversations and making recommendations
Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced team environment

Position Details: full-time and and part-time positions available, paying:$13 base pay per hour, plus commission on every membership sold.
