Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
Help clients understand available coverage options based on their needs
Guide members through the onboarding and enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
Provide ongoing client support and professional service
Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and development calls
