Customer Service Account Consultant

All client consultations are scheduled in advance, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service and guidance without cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom

• Help clients understand available coverage options and guide them through the onboarding process

• Maintain accurate and compliant digital documentation in internal systems

• Provide ongoing client support and follow-up communication

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Participate in team meetings, weekly training sessions, and professional development programs

Qualifications
