If you have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.Requirements for Customer Service Advisor: Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs Create and manage repair orders and service documentation Communicate with technicians to provide customers with repair updates Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist walk-in customers
