Ignite Solutions, a sales and marketing firm, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to help Westminster businesses upgrade their technology at the right time. The Customer Service Agent works with our clients to ensure their AT&T services evolve alongside their business

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll dive into structured training designed to sharpen your sales communication skills and deepen your understanding of AT&T Business. Here, you’ll learn to listen actively, uncover needs, and guide clients toward tools that enhance their productivity. With a focus on sales-driven outcomes, the Customer Service Agent builds the foundation for a career in our business development, all while making AT&T Business the partner for success.

Qualifications of the Customer Service Agent
