Job Description

Customer Service Agent

We’re hiring Customer Service Agent to join a real-time security monitoring team in Tulsa. In this role, you’ll monitor live surveillance feeds, analyze alerts, and take action to help protect people and property.

This is a focused, high-responsibility role ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, the ability to stay alert, and comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-screen environment.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $17.50–$18.50/hour (based on experience)
Available Shifts: 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10 PM MidShift: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Must be able to work holidays and weekends
100% On-site | (Tulsa, OK)
24/7 operation including weekends & holidays

What You’ll Do

Monitor live CCTV / surveillance feeds in real time
Identify suspicious activity or potential threats
Respond to alerts quickly and follow security protocols
Document and report incidents with accuracy
Coordinate with security teams and law enforcement when needed
Troubleshoot minor system or camera issues
Stay up to date on security procedures and best practices

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Basic computer skills
Ability to work shifts consistently
Bonus if you have any level of familiarity with CCTV, security systems, or alarm software (even if very minimal)
