Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Customer Service Representative to support our Agency Producer. In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and proactively managing the Producers calendar. Your primary goal is to ensure world-class service while keeping the Producers schedule filled with qualified client meetings.
Salary Range: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with a professional and welcoming demeanor.Assist clients with routine account updates, billing questions, and basic policy changes.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities during routine client interactions.Resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the Agency Producer.
Manage the Agency Producer's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar.Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments, policy reviews, and prospect meetings.Prepare necessary pre-meeting documents, files, and quotes for the Producer.Make outbound calls to existing clients to book annual insurance/financial review appointments.
