- Client Communication: Greet walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Consultation & Estimating: Discuss print, sign, and marketing projects with clients, offer expert recommendations, and generate accurate pricing quotes using our print management software.
- Order Processing: Enter job details into the system accurately, create work orders, and collect customer files and assets.
- Project Tracking: Act as the liaison between the customer and the production team, monitoring job progress to ensure quality standards and deadlines are consistently met.
- Customer Support: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with invoicing, taking payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming front-office environment.
- Experience: 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience. (Experience in the printing, signage, or graphic arts industry is highly preferred but not required).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new point-of-sale (POS) and print management software. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
