As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you'll become a vital part of our team, supporting daily operations while helping customers find the fencing solutions they need.As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the showroom and office run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the team to deliver results that make a positive impact every day.What You'll Do As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Answering phones professionally and greeting walk-in customers with a friendly attitude.*
• Supporting project managers with scheduling, paperwork, and filing.*
• Preparing estimates, processing payments, and creating sales files in Fishbowl, following all procedures accurately.*
• Maintaining the showroom floor—cleaning and organizing to ensure a welcoming environment.*
• Managing retail, wholesale, and fence rental customer orders, including order overview printing, sign-offs, and payment processing.*
• Collecting payment upfront for retail and wholesale orders; verifying credit account Invoicing when applicable.*
• Updating marketplace item inventories and ensuring sales documentation is current.*
• Scheduling customer appointments strategically in coordination with project managers, adhering to routing plans.*
• Maintaining customer files and online portals, including assisting with pairing contracts and following up on web leads.*
• Supporting continuous process improvements and contributing to a friendly team environment.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.*
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.*
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.*

• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation.*
