Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
Provide information about insurance products and services
Process policy changes, payments, and claims support
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet or exceed sales goals

Requirements

Willingness and competence to complete the online Minnesota Insurance licensing course (we cover all costs) within the first month of hire
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach
Sales experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
