Immediate need for a talented Customer Service and Sales Representative – Banking, Finance, Insurance. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Scottsdale ,AZ (Onsite). Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members on a variety of topics.
• Understand different product suites, including current offerings and those no longer sold that still require servicing.
• Interpret and apply changes to products based on daily communications, proactively offering consultative expertise.
• Maintain records of conversations to deepen member relationships and support compliance strategies.
• Educate customers on tax implications, penalties, and benefits related to plans/contracts.
• Analyze problems to determine the proper course of action, striving for first-time resolution.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve escalated issues and integrate lean methodology into daily interactions.
• Develop a career path strategy through monthly meetings with leadership, setting goals for success.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications.
• Preferred: ChFC, CLU, or other industry designations.
• Preferred: Client series 6 and/or 26 licenses based on assigned product/line-of-business.
• Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and common office software.
• Ability to understand general aspects of plans/contracts and utilize technology to enhance customer conversations.
