Job Description
Position OverviewWe are seeking individuals with strong customer service skills to join a nationally recognized supplemental benefits organization that has been serving working families for over 65 years. As we continue to expand into new territories, we are actively looking for driven Benefits Representatives who are motivated to grow, develop, and succeed in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by providing clear information on products and services
- Answer questions related to coverage and available benefit options
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of current and evolving offerings
- Review benefit plans with clients to identify cost-effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing client support
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
