Job Description

We are a top-performing, high-accountability agency looking for a licensed insurance professional who can handle real customer conversations, not just basic service tasks. This role requires emotional intelligence, ownership, and the ability to think under pressure.

Our service team is the backbone of client retention. You are not just answering calls, you are protecting relationships, revenue, and our reputation.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Managing inbound client requests with professionalism and urgency
De-escalating complex or frustrated customer situations
Reviewing policies, identifying gaps, and solving problemsnot passing them off
Delivering clear, confident communication (phone, text, email)
Supporting retention by building trust and long-term relationships
Documenting all client interactions accurately and consistently

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Prior insurance agency experience (Allstate, State Farm, or similar preferred)
In-office availability in Minden, LA
