About the RoleWe are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service & Warehouse Support professional to support daily operations through excellent service, accurate order handling, and hands-on warehouse work. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands warehouse processes, and is comfortable using hand tools. The right candidate is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with a stable and growing team.Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Resolve customer concerns, collaborate with internal departments, and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist with order processing, quotes, and product support
- Pull, stage, and organize inventory using scanning systems with strong attention to detail
- Load and unload trucks and trailers; secure materials for safe transport
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training and certification provided)
- Use hand and pneumatic tools to replace or change components as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Cross-train and support additional duties as assigned
- Adhere to health, safety, and attendance guidelines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Warehouse experience and ability to perform physical work
- Comfortable using hand tools and willing to learn new skills
- Reliable, motivated, and interested in growth opportunities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’ s degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- Basic mechanical skills and prior forklift operation experience preferred
- Commercial (heavy-duty) truck parts knowledge preferred
- Pre-employment drug testing required
- Valid driver’ s license with a good driving record required
