Pay Range: $26 $30/hr.

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Temp-to Hire to support daily operations through excellent service, accurate order handling, and hands-on warehouse work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands warehouse processes, and is comfortable using hand tools. The right candidate is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with a stable and growing team.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe role involves resolving customer concerns, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phoneAssist with order processing, quotes, and product supportPull and organize inventory using scanning systems and strong attention to detailLoad/unload trucks and trailers and secure materials for safe transportOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and is willing to train and certify.Use hand and pneumatic tools to replace or change components as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaCrosstrain and support additional duties as assignedThe position also requires adherence to health and safety guidelines and regular attendance.

QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skillsWarehouse experience and ability to perform physical workComfortable using hand tools and willing to learn new skillsReliable, motivated, and interested in growth opportunitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAn associates degree is preferred.2+ years of sales experience is required.Basic mechanical skills and prior fork truck operation experience is preferred.Commercial (heavy duty) Truck Parts background/knowledge is preferred.
