Customer Service & Route Sales Representative | $23/hr + OT

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Customer Service & Route Sales Representative in Albuquerque.
This isn't traditional retail sales, cold calling, or a desk-based customer service position.
You'll spend your day visiting established customers throughout your assigned route, delivering and restocking products, servicing their commercial dishwashing equipment, solving problems, and identifying additional products that can help their operation.
We'll provide the technical training. We're looking for someone who brings the work ethic, customer presence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
What Your Day Looks Like
You'll typically service 6-11 customer locations per day using a company vehicle.
At each account, you'll:
- Deliver and restock cleaning and sanitation products
- Talk with customers and maintain strong relationships
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on their commercial dishwasher
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
- Look for additional customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Make sure the customer is taken care of before moving to your next stop
This is an active, physical position involving driving, lifting, loading/unloading, bending, crouching, working with equipment, and spending much of your day on your feet.
Your route can vary depending on traffic, customer needs, or an unexpected service issue, so flexibility is important.
What You'll Get
- $23/hour + overtime and on-call pay
- Typical 45+ hour workweek
- Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000-$65,000
- Monday-Friday, typically 7:00 AM-4:30 PM
- On-call rotation approximately every 10 weeks
- Paid technical and hands-on training

- Career progression into a Service & Sales Representative position with typical first-year earnings of $70,000-$75,000
