Responsibilities

Take payments
Contact customers and Lenders
Oversee inspections for assigned carriers
Maintain spreadsheets for assigned carriers
Understand all UW guidelines and processes for assigned carriers
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention
Other duties as assigned by agent

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, efficient, resourceful and be coachable
Must be able to pass a background check
Learn all systems and processes
Must have excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
Must provide professional work references
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Must be willing to obtain a P&C license
