·       You’ll be the ringleader, deploying our appliance service technicians and keeping track of schedules, routes and personnel.

·       You’ll be obsessively accurate and attentive.

·       You’ll communicate and work very closely with both our customers and our technicians to provide the best service possible to our customers.

·       You’ll be answering calls from customers along with quoting repairs and invoicing for work completed.

·       You’ll be the master multitasker handling different, and sometimes conflicting, events which happen simultaneously, and help our teams find creative solutions.

·       And you’ll handle whatever else may come your way during the course of your busy, productive days.

·       You’ll have a starting wage of at least $18/hour (Remember: experience counts) along with PTO plus access to a 401K.

·       You’ll need a smiling face and happy disposition.

·       You’ll need to have worked with the public or in customer service.

·       You’ll have to pass a standard background check.

·       You’ll need to multitask effortlessly – well, most of the time.

·       You’ll need to be able to work with different personalities.
