Salary Range: $20000.00 - $80000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Evenings off Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Provide information about our insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general account management. Process new applications and endorsements accurately. Identify opportunities to expand client coverage through comprehensive and personalized bundling solutions. Maintain detailed and organized customer records. Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Compliance: Ensure all client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies. Requirements A Property & Casualty license is required, and company will pay for individual to obtain license. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Bilingual a plus.
