At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Guest Services Representative / Crafter sweetens up the place,setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’llget to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrationsand making sure their orders go off without a hitch. By handcrafting the cake decorations, youget to be a part of the joy that our guests experience whenever they enjoy ourdecorated cakes. You’ll make everyone feel welcome, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community. FULL TIME AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.The ideal candidate will possess:Excellent communication skillsFriendly and outgoing personalityAbility to count money and use a cash registerAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to read and follow directionsJob responsibilities include:Greeting guests and providing excellent customer serviceMoney handling with operation of a cash registerAnswering phonesProcessing pre-paid ordersTicket management and bagging ordersAssisting guests in choosing decorations and retail items for giftingCrafting and applying cake decorationsUsing FIFO to restock and rotate cakesGeneral cleaning and upkeep of the front of house areaOther miscellaneous tasksPhysical requirements:Standing, bending, or stooping for up to 8 hoursUse a step stool to reach and retrieve light boxes on higher shelvesOccasionally lift trays up to 20 lbs

Compensation: $12.00 per hour
