Job Description

Build Long-Term Client Relationships

📍 Location: United States – 100% Remote

Since 1951, our company has proudly served working-class families by providing life, accident, and supplemental health benefits to members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families.

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to develop long-term relationships with clients while meeting families where they are most comfortable — from their homes through Zoom virtual appointments.

No prior experience? No problem. We provide full training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help individuals succeed in a professional remote environment.

Requirements / Responsibilities / Rewards

What You’ll Do

Build Long-Term Client Relationships

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and families
  • Provide ongoing customer service and support
  • Maintain communication through virtual appointments and follow-up

Meet with Clients Virtually

  • Conduct Zoom appointments from home
  • Review benefits and available coverage options
  • Help clients better understand their financial protection options

Continue Professional Development

  • Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
  • Develop communication and leadership skills
  • Stay informed on company products and services

Collaborate with a Remote Team

  • Work alongside a supportive and energetic virtual team
