Customer Service Representative | GritR Sports
Location: North Richland Hills, TX (On-site)
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Your Impact
- Voice of the Brand: Manage inbound calls and emails, turning inquiries into positive experiences.
- Order Integrity: Process orders with precision, including payment verification and proactive fraud prevention.
- Relationship Management: Use our multi-channel systems to document interactions, ensuring our team stays aligned, and our customers continuously taken care of.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our evolving product catalog to provide "strategic" advice, not just scripted answers.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: Proven track record in customer support or "client success" roles.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills (you can explain complex topics clearly and kindly).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multi-channel communication tools.
- Resilience: The ability to turn a complaint into a solution while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
- Industry Interest: A genuine passion or interest in Firearms and Outdoor Sports is highly preferred.
