Job Description
IMKO and a local Siouxland bank have an opening for a Full Time Customer Service Position. Hours will be: Days: Mon – Fri 8:15 AM – 5:45 PM with ONE Saturday a month Customer Service Representative Responsibilities are, however, not be limited to:
- Open new accounts
- Resolving account issues
- Customer Service- Answering calls and questions about accounts
- Maintain Customer and bank confidentiality
- Explaining Products
- Handle complex request
- Relationship building, cross selling bank products
- Customer retention
